"The technician went out of his way to provide an emergency repair, and provided us with estimates to replace the furnace. The new furnace was installed the next week. Had initial wiring issue with unit and worked with us and the manufacturer to get it resolved. Followed up to see if all was working OK. "Home Air Control provided prompt, quality service. I was very pleased with there performance and professionalism. I was withouth heat for about a week, waiting on another contractor to fix the problem. The previous contractor informed me that my heat pump was broken and would cost at least $300 to fix. After failing to show for two appointments, Home Air Control came out and fixed the problem in under 30 minutes. It turned out my heat pump was not broken, which saved me a few hundred bucks and they also made some minor adjustments to get better performance out of my system. Overall a top-rate company and I will continue to use them." |

We explained what we needed and our limitations and they worked with us. The furnace was put in within two days of our decision and up and running. "Very polite and considerate. The technician really listened to my cooling needs and checked out the rooms and ductwork. He added ductwork to an upstairs area that never gets cool. Nobody else had ever even looked ar my ductwork. I don't think he could have been any better. He was always on time."
